We are based in Auckland and Whangarei and deal with a range of properties to suit the requirements of different investors. Many of our clients start with simple buy and hold properties to form the cornerstones of any good retirement plan and sometimes progress through to renovation projects and subdivisions. Capital spends vary from low 100k to 400k.

One of our priorities is to really understand the clients present financial situation, the goals they have and the time frame to work within. Only then can we assist in planning a coherent strategy using property to help move them towards those goals.

Most of our clients have relatively conservative approaches to investing and desire a portfolio of self sufficient properties to provide them with passive incomes during their retirement. The first investment purchase is always the most time consuming and nerve racking with many new concepts to deal with and professionals to co-ordinate. We like to make these experiences run as smoothly as possible and be available to work with their professionals when required. Many of those we have worked with, simply do not have the time to organise their purchase and would have continued to procrastinate without our assistance.

Building long lasting relationships with our clients has always been one of the priorities for Action Housing Ltd. An emphasis on continued communication beyond the settlement of a clients investment property and on going support, is key. We have our own property management service which clients can choose to take advantage of if they wish.

There are some fantastic buying opportunities in the various markets at the moment and through our networks and filtering processes, we can bring to our clients the top 3-5% of the best deals that are available. There is no reason that with well selected properties that serve the needs of the each specific client and their circumstances, they can't grow their portfolio at the pace they desire.

Property is a well proven path to wealth with 8 out of 10 millionaires creating their wealth through property, yet only 5-6% of new Zealanders are currently investors and only around 1% of those have multiple properties. Consider too that only 1% of New Zealanders are considered wealthy upon retirement and 5-6% comfortable ... not just coincidence!
